Yeah, technically they have rights to use your photos for whatever they want, and even make money off of them. Our point was that it shouldn't be that way. Their TOS shouldn't be allowed to say that.

I was listening when Ryan was talking about Facebook needing to have permission to use your photos. I think if you check the TOS, you already gave them that right to use your photos how ever they want when you accepted the TOS.
