Site layout takes shape
Wow, today really sucked. There was even less to do today than yesterday. Needless to say, I had a lot of time to work on this layout. I left off yesterday only having the box outlines for the header, content, links, and footer. There was no color, no special fonts, no nothing, just outlines. So today I went through a couple color schemes before settling on this one, which was inspired by my tri-monitor wallpaper configuration, code-named "Blue-Orange-Blue." It took forever to get everything looking nice, from the links, to the blog-style front page. I decided to make everything happen with CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). If you look at the source, there are no FONT or TABLE or any other kind of styling tags. There are only DIV and P tags and the CSS takes care of everything from there.Back
