Slonka Family Pedigree
About a month or so ago we had a Slonka family reunion. One of our relatives went through tons of hard work to research all of our ancestors and come up with a pretty thorough list. She graciously made copies for anyone who asked. I got mine from Aunt Vicky today and decided to put the information on my computer. So I downloaded GRAMPS and got to work. My ultimate goal was to get a top-down graphical chart of my family starting with the oldest ancestor we know on the top. GRAMPS could only produce a left-right graphical chart. Big whoop. I got what I wanted. Here is the PDF of the Slonka pedigree. It's formated for A0 paper, which is metric for "huge". So if you try to print it on normal paper, it will look like crap. I need to find someone with a plotter who's willing to print this for me...UPDATE - 2008-02-21: Thanks to Sophie (Chmiel) Serluco for sending me updates for the Baran family.

Most of the hard work was already done. I just had to sift through the packet of information and enter it into the program to produce the chart.

Kevin,
This is great. I've been compiling the family tree for all of Agnes' children, but could never find any brothers or sisters of Agnes. Who was it that compiled this data. How can we share our information?

Honestly, I don't remember who compiled it. But I will find out and post it for you. If you find more information that what I have, you can send it to me and I'll post it here. That way everything will be in one place.

Wow - that's really awesome - did that take you long to put together?
Missed that family reunion but my Uncle Ed and his wife, Fawn made it.
